XOCABO'S COSINEROS cook-up a CHEF'S CHOICE storm from 8 AM ‘til 1 PM to preparing breakfast plates for everyone at their convenience; SELECTIONS MAY INCLUDE omelets; Huevos divorciados or rancheros; chilaquiles; a breakfast-style Chili Relleno; Eggs Benedict; pancakes; pan Française, bacon, pork chops— chef’s inspiration!! PLUS, the VV crew sets you up with a changing variety of house-made salsas, chips, fresh tortillas, guacamole, Sushi Rolls, vegetarian options, nachos, pozole, chicken wings, sandwiches/burritos, and other snacky items to get the morning and afternoon started right! What else is in the pre-stock cart? —Abundant fruits/veggies/dairy/ selection of cheeses/ all the breakfast stuff—eggs, thick, hand-cut bacon, cereals, breads, coffee; lots of oranges and grapefruit to hand-press fresh juice, or make the best damn Greyhounds EVER! and “aguas frescas”—fresh-made sweetened watermelon juice. There’s unlimited bottled water, soft drinks, sport drinks, ‘Mexi-Coke’ in the little bottles, ice teas, and purified ice—more than 100 bottomless grocery items all INCLUDED!

At VV! we know the value of personalized special occasions, but make it seem as natural as being invited to dinner at a friend’s home, a friend that KNOWS FOOD! Keep in mind, if you are a group of more than 15, reservations at a local restaurant can sometimes be complicated, and coordinating transportation and a smooth dinner date with a large group can be a challenge.  At VV you get 100% focus, a guaranteed awesome experience and a view second-to-none! CAFÉ PEQUEÑA MARAVILLA –for a taste of Cabo Local— visit our tiny taqueria in central Cabo, but out of the tourist zone.  Pequeña has 4 sidewalk café tables under red patio shade umbrellas.  The menu features tasty small plates of Mexican/international fusion. Our pet side-project!
