We’ll send you a “no surprises” cost quote asap.  Information needed:

  • Name/email
  • Dates of stay
  • # of guests (approximately—can adjust later)
  • If you know how many chef meals let us know that also

Along with the "NO SURPRISES" quote you will receive a unique link to Villa XoCabo’s/Pequena Maravilla Corp. GLOBAL PAYMENTS payment screen, a "3-D Secure" payment processor affiliated with HSBC Bank.

You will enter the usual credit or debit card data and click PAY NOW.  The reservation deposit is $2,000 USD.  When your deposit posts we will immediately notify you that your reservation is confirmed and send you an invoice (same as the “no surprises” quote).  The invoice must be paid on arrival, either in CASH or by Visa or Mastercard [1].  VXoC will retain the initial DEPOSIT through the duration of your stay and refund the full deposit on check-out, pending any charges for damage or unpaid additional services, including Premium Bar purchases, Add-on guest charges not paid at check-in, and meals, if any.  VXoC does accept credit cards in lieu of cash but a 3.5% processing surcharge is applied.  Only the the initial deposit is exempt from the Credit Card Payment Surcharge.  Most often the deposit will be returned by VXoC to the guest in Cash, rather than a additional credit card (refund) transaction. 


[1] Carrying cash up to $10,000 USD is legal and does not need to be declared to customs.  We suggest dividing the payment funds among 2 or more people in your group.  Remember to bring more in case you choose to add dinners and have a taste for the superior Tequilas, Mezcals, and other premium treats VV offers, (which is most often the case) and a tip to the staff.  Also, $USD are accepted everywhere and usually at a better rate of exchange than the money-changing services seen at the airport.  NO NEED TO CARRY PESOS.
